What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom or final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee on select furniture items. This service includes inside delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer swatches for many of our upholstered collections to help you feel the texture and see the color in your own space before committing to a larger purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact our customer support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.
