We want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture, vintage pieces, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
